Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration Information
Company representatives may connect with more than 700 engineers, planners, designers, and safety specialists at the same place by taking part as an exhibitor or sponsor in the Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference, Pennsylvania’s premier transportation conference.
Registration and Fees
There are five (5) sponsorship levels: Platinum (sold out), Gold, Silver, Bronze and Pre-Conference Workshop Sponsors. Please see the fee structure listed below. You can register online, or by using a paper form. Complimentary registration instructions will be emailed within five business days after the registration is processed.
The $825 exhibitor booth fee includes two complimentary registrations and one 6' skirted table (paper form only). Each additional exhibitor will be charged $285 each.
How to Register
Registration is required. Use the online registration form (for sponsors only) to pay by credit card or use the printable registration form (available for sponsors and exhibitors) to pay by check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization.
