Registration

Registration and Fees

The Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference will be held December 11-13, 2024. The early registration fee is $300.00 for government and academia registration and $400.00 for corporate registration if received by October 18, 2024. Attendance at a pre-conference workshop is an additional $50.00. The regular registration rates (for registrations received beginning October 19, 2024) are $325.00 for government and academia and $425.00 for corporate registration. Speakers and moderators will receive separate registration instructions via email. The fee includes registration, meals, snacks, giveaways, etc.

NOTE: Any employee of PennDot must register (either as a participant or speaker) through Heather Quinn at hquinn@pa.govDo not register using the online links available on this page. 

The deadline to register is Wednesday, November 27, 2024. After this date, you may register on-site, space permitting. A $30 processing fee for all on-site registrations.

How to Register

Registration is required. Use the online registration form to pay by credit card or use the printable registration form to pay by check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization.

  • To register using a paper form, downloadable forms will soon be available for conference attendees and speakers and moderators.

Confirmation

Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs.

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received in writing by email at PSUconferences@psu.edu prior to November 20, we can issue a partial refund. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. After November 29, no refunds will be issued.

Substitutions

Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
