Attendee Registration


The TESC registration fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, and lunches. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

  • $280 — per person for federal, state, and local government, and academia, beginning Friday, October 19 (NOTE: The early registration fee of $230 expired October 18.)
  • $380 — per person for corporate registration beginning Friday, October 19 (NOTE: The early registration fee of $320 expired October 18.)

The following pre-conference programming is also scheduled. The registration fees listed below cover all instruction and refreshment breaks. Registrants attending only the pre-conference programming are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

  • $0 — PennTIME and the State of Traffic Incident Management in Pennsylvania
  • $50 — Interactive Highway Safety Design Model Crash Prediction Tools: Applications in the Project Development Process

How to Register

Online registration is available through our registration portal. Alternatively, you may use the printable form.


All registrations and payments for TESC and TIMS must be received by 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 28. After this date, you can register on-site for an additional $30.


Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.


If your request to withdraw is received by Tuesday, November 20, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to conferences@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.


Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
