Abstract Submissions

The Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference (TESC) the authoritative source of information on pressing issues from some of the foremost experts in transportation. All researchers and practitioners working in areas related to surface transportation planning, design, operations, and safety are invited to submit abstracts for consideration. 

Topics of interest include:

  • Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
  • Autonomous and Connected Vehicles
  • State and Federal Transportation Guidelines
  • Public/Private Partnerships
  • Innovative Financing
  • Work Zone Innovations
  • Safety Improvements
  • Complete Streets
  • Transportation System Management & Operations (TSMO)

All abstracts must be submitted by April 19, 2019, to Steve Williams, smw5@psu.edu. Each abstract must be limited to a single page. Individuals who have been selected to make presentations at the conference will be notified via email by May 24, 2019.
