Registration

Registration and Fees

The Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference will be held December 6-8. The early registration fee is $300 for government and academia registration, and $400 for corporate registration if received by October 19, (attendance at a pre-conference workshop is an additional $50). The regular registration rates (for registrations received beginning October 20) are $325 for Government & Academia and $425 for corporate registration. Speakers and moderators will receive separate registration instructions via email. The fee includes registration, meals, snacks, and any giveaways, etc. The deadline to register is Tuesday, November 28. After this date, you may register on-site (space permitting) and will be assessed a $30 processing fee.

How to Register

Registration is now closed. You can register as a walk-in ($30 walk-in fee applies) if space permits. Please email Penn State Conferences and Institutes at PSUconferences@psu.edu with any questions.

Hotel Information

Confirmation

Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs.

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received in writing by email at PSUconferences@psu.edu prior to November 21, we can issue a partial refund. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. After November 29, no refunds will be issued.

Substitutions

Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.

Penn State encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing special accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact the program manager at tesc@psu.edu at least two weeks prior to the conference.
